After logging in, go to your Profile by clicking on your avatar or username in the top menu. You can add a profile picture, write a brief bio, and customize your settings. A personalized profile helps you connect with others and get involved in the community.

3. Browse Categories and Discussions

Explore various topics and discussions by clicking on the available categories like Anxiety, Depression, Stress Management, etc. Within each category, you’ll find posts shared by other members. Feel free to read through discussions and gain insights from others’ experiences.

4. Start a New Discussion

If you have a question or want to start a conversation, look for the New Discussion button in any category. Add a clear title and share your thoughts or questions in the post. This is a great way to initiate discussions and receive support from the community.

5. Participate in Discussions

To respond to existing discussions, click on the post and type your reply in the comment box. Once you’re done, click Post Reply to share your thoughts. Engaging with others helps build connections and fosters a supportive environment.

6. Like and Share Posts

If you find a post helpful or meaningful, click the Like button (heart icon) to show your support. You can also share posts with others who might benefit from the information or advice shared.

7. Send Private Messages

To connect with another member privately, go to their profile and select the Send Message option. This allows for one-on-one conversations and is ideal for more personal matters.

8. Manage Your Notifications

To stay updated on the latest discussions and replies, manage your notification settings from your profile page. Choose how you want to be notified (via email, in-app notifications, etc.) about new posts or replies.
